Photo Of The Day By Nadeem Sufi

Today’s Photo Of The Day is “Tender Moments” by Nadeem Sufi. Location: Churchill, Manitoba.

“I had the adventure of a LIFETIME photographing the fresh-out-of-the den polar bear mom with her cubs, basking in the fresh snow, under a setting sun, giving this beautiful warm glow to the tender moments that the family was having!” says Sufi. “For a few minutes, my mind forgot how darn cold and chilly it was (Minus 45 or so) at Wapusk National Park. I got thousands of images of two different families of the bears. Extremely hard to decide which one is the best of them all! I am going there again this March!! Who would not want to?”
